Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil (Wesson)
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Grease 1 pound coffee cans, but do not flour.
    Fill 4 cans about 1/2 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
    Very good.
