1 qt. small whole green tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 hot pepper (optional)
1 carrot stick
1 tsp. pickling salt
2 tsp. dill seed
1 c. white vinegar
boiling water
Preparation

Some people
prefer the crock dilled green tomatoes for their crisper
texture and sharper flavor; others prefer these dilled tomatoes.
Either
way,
they
take very little time to make.
You can
make
them
with
any variety;
just pick the tomatoes when they are small.
