Carrot Cake Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. finely snipped dates
    1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    10 slices oatmeal bread, crust trimmed
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine carrots, pecans, dates, yogurt and allspice.
    Spread evenly on bread slices.
    Cut each in half then in fourths. Garnish, if desired, with additional pecan halves. Place on damp cloth and refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
