Apple Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. diced, peeled apples
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. packaged pre-cooked rice
Preparation

Combine apples, orange juice, oleo, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover, remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
