Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch soda
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Add enough buttermilk to make a thick dough so it can be rolled out and cut with biscuit cutters.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 until golden brown.
