Hamburger Harvest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. minced onion
    1 can (2 1/2 c.) tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
    1/3 c. frozen cut corn
    1 pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 green pepper, slivered
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine chuck, onions, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Pat into 1-inch layer in a 3-quart casserole.
    On top, place in layers, potatoes, flour, corn, limas and then green pepper.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes; then sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer, or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
