Refrigerator Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. honey or sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 c. flour (can substitute 2 c. wheat, soya, graham, wheat germ or bran)
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter
Preparation

Mix yeast into sugar or honey and warm water (100\u00b0); set 10 minutes.
Add salt and half the flour.
Beat 75 strokes.
Add eggs and butter.
Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time.
Make dough into nice ball.
Butter bowl and place dough face down to coat top, then turn face up and cover tightly.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours, then make into rolls (or roll dough into a 6-inch snake and knot)

Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Keeps in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
