Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine
5 to 6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and put in plastic bag.
Scrub potatoes and cut in wedges.
Melt margarine in 9-inch baking dish. Put wet potatoes in bag and shake.
Place coated potatoes in dish with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with sour cream.
