Sweet And Sour Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vinegar
water
salt
pepper
sugar
1 onion, chopped
1 red cabbage
2 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation

Take Crisco and onion, saute.
Put shredded red cabbage in the pan.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper to total 1 cup. Stir in.
Cover and let cook slowly until tender.
Stir every so often.
Cook about 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
