Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can of coconut
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into well greased 10 x 14 baking pan; bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut in squares.
    Serves 10 to 14.
