Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 medium onion
    6 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Add ground beef, salt and pepper.
    Heat, but do not brown.
    In a 2-quart casserole, spread half of the cabbage.
    Cover with meat mixture.
    Top with remaining cabbage and pour soup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
