Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. butter, cubed
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Swiss or American cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    assorted veggies, breads, pretzels and crackers
Preparation
    In bowl, combine milk and water; set aside.
    In skillet, saut onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour and bouillon until blended.
    Add pepper sauce and reserved milk; stir until thick.
    Stir in cheeses until melted.
    Serve warm with dippables.
    Approximately 2 cups.
