Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 jar pimento cheese spread
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained; save juice
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix jello as directed using reserved pineapple juice as part of water; measure.
    Mix pineapple with cheese spread.
    Whip jello when it starts to set.
    Whip the whipping cream.
    Fold all together and put in refrigerator.
    Add chopped nuts on top, if desired.
    Chill until set.
