Vegetable Creole(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra, cooked and drained
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan melt butter.
    Add onion and green pepper. Simmer until softened.
    Add cooked okra, tomatoes, corn and seasonings.
    Simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
