Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick + 3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. mashed potatoes, cooled (may use leftovers)
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, pour one cup boiling water over oleo.
    When nearly melted, add 1 cup warm water, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Stir well.
    Sprinkle yeast over mixture.
    Let set a few minutes to dissolve.
    Add mashed potatoes.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, beating with mixer.
    Will have to mix the last 2 or 3 cups of flour with a spoon.
    Put dough in refrigerator overnight.
    Punch dough down several times until it gets cold.
    Pinch off dough and form into rolls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
