Classic Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes (about 1 lb.)
    1 large cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise and seeded
    1 large roasted red bell pepper (jar is fine)
    3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    croutons
Preparation
    Cut 1 tomato, 1/2 cucumber into 1-inch pieces and transfer to processor.
    Add red bell pepper and puree.
    Transfer to bowl.
