Baked White Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large oblong potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    grated sharp cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake 4 large oblong potatoes until done (do not grease skins).
    Cut in halves lengthwise and scoop out baked potato, reserving shell.
    Add salt, butter, milk, pepper and grated onion.
    Mash thoroughly.
    Spoon into shells, sprinkle with grated sharp cheese and paprika.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serve hot.
