Southwestern Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breast cut into chunks or strips
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    1/2 red pepper cut into narrow strips
    1/2 green pepper cut in narrow strip
    6-8 mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. penne pasta
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    sour cream
    salsa
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips or small chunks.
    Coat well with taco seasoning mix.
    Saute in olive oil, add peppers and onions and cook all together, season with salt, pepper, chili powder.
    Cook pasta and drain.
    Mix pasta and chicken, peppers, onion, etc. Serve in pasta bowl.
    Top pasta mixture with sour cream, salsa, and grated cheese.
