Salmon Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. chopped cucumber
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. purchased French salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    4 sandwich buns, split
    8 medium spinach leaves
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine salmon, cucumber, mayonnaise and French dressing; blend well.
    Spread margarine on cut sides of buns. Place 1/4 cup salmon mixture on each bottom half of each bun.
    Top each with 2 spinach leaves and top with bun.
    Makes 4 sandwiches.
