Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
    8 oz. chopped Mozzarella
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 ready-made pie shells
    1 egg yolk for top
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil in a large pan.
    Add artichokes and brown. Transfer to mixing bowl and stir in eggs, cheese, Mozzarella, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into pie pan.
    Cover with top crust.
    Press edges of crust together.
    Makes holes in top of crust.
    Brush egg yolk on top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until golden brown, 30 minutes.
