Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order listed.
    Mix well and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven about 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
