Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 egg yolks
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
vanilla or orange flavoring
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
In another bowl, mix all other ingredients, then fold into egg white mixture very gently.
Place mixture into ungreased angel food pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
When done, invert pan on funnel until cool.
Very good with canned fruit or berries and whipped cream.
