Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 green tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lemon
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes thin. Bring to a boil with juice of lemon and 4 tablespoons water. Simmer until translucent. Add 4 tablespoons cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
