Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Mix flour and salt together. Add yeast mixture with flour mixture. Knead for 10 minutes. Divide into 16 pieces and roll 10 to 12-inches.
Place on foil lined cookie sheet.
Brush with egg yolk and water. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until browned.
