Sensational Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
    1 (15.25 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (15.25 oz) can sweet potato pieces, drained and mashed
    1-1/3 cups skim milk
    3 large eggs
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground allspice
    1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients at low speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Pour into three 9 inch round cake pans coated with vegetable cooking spray and dusted with flour.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans onto wax paper and cool on wire racks.
    Spread cream cheese frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake.
