Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda and a pinch
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
3 medium size bananas, well crushed
Preparation

Melt shortening and add to beaten eggs and water.
Sift dry ingredients and add to eggs, etc.
Add crushed bananas and vanilla.
Beat 150 strokes.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
