Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. baking powder (yes that's right, 4 Tbsp.)
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with sufficient water to make a stiff dough.
    Place in a covered bowl and let set for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Pinch off small balls and work out into large circles.
    Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown.
    Serve with butter, syrup, jelly, vegetables or meat.
