Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise (not light)
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
Preparation
    Unroll crescent roll wedges and place on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
    Bake crust at 375\u00b0 for 8 or 9 minutes.
    Cool at least 10 minutes.
