Shoe Peg Salad (Relish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 (No. 303) can French green beans
    1 c. green onions with tops
    1 small can sweet peas
    1 small can red pimento
    1 green pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    The corn, beans and peas are drained.
    Chop onions and green pepper.
    Put first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
    Next, bring last 6 ingredients to a boil and pour over vegetables.
    Mix; keep in fridge overnight.
    Keeps 10 days to 2 weeks.
