No Knead Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Blend in egg.
    Add flour; mix until well blended.
    Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
    Roll out dough on floured surface into rectangle.
    Spread with butter, 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll as for jellyroll.
    Cut into 1-inch slices.
    Put in greased pan.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
