Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans carrots, sliced
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix carrots, bell pepper and onion; put in casserole dish. Blend remaining ingredients together and pour blended sauce over the carrots, pepper and onion.
Marinate for 3 days.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
