Okra-Corn-Tomato Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. sliced fresh okra
    2 c. fresh corn, cut off cob
    3 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Add okra and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Cover and simmer about 15 more minutes or until corn is tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
