Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/4 lb. butter
3 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
peanut oil for frying
Preparation

Separate the chicken wing drumsticks from the wing tips.
Deep fry the chicken in medium-hot peanut oil 5 to 8 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
