Corn Baked Bailey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn (fresh, canned or frozen)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or less
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar or less
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Warm to scalding first 3 ingredients; separate egg whites and beat stiff.
    Add vanilla and salt and set aside to add last.
    Beat egg yolks and add to warming milk/corn plus sugar and cornstarch, stirring frequently; fold in whipped whites.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in 2-quart buttered casserole.
