Zucchini Cake(Or Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. zucchini, grated (leave seeds out)
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Turn off heat and leave cake in the oven 10 more minutes.
This same recipe will make 3 loaves of bread.
