Quick Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
2 medium onions, sliced
1 can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water (more, if needed)
Preparation

Combine oil and beef.
Brown in Dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until onions and potatoes are tender.
