Lazy Dazy Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oats
1/2 c. or 1 stick oleo, softened
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats and let stand 20 minutes.
Cream butter and both sugars.
Add oats mixture to creamed ingredients. Then add eggs and vanilla.
