Mexican Bean Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    favorite seasonings
    green pepper rings
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Drain liquid from beans.
    Run beans through food grinder with the cheese.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Combine beans, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and seasonings.
    Pack firmly into a buttered baking dish; cover with bread crumbs and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
    Garnish with green pepper rings and serve hot with heated tomato sauce.
