Light, Thin Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 heaping c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    Pour batter onto a heated, greased frypan or griddle (approximately 375\u00b0).
    Serves 5 to 6.
