Low-Fat Tallerine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. low-fat oil
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. no egg yolk thin noodles
    2 chopped onions
    3 cloves garlic
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans tomatoes, chopped
    1 can ripe olives or 2 small cans, chopped
    1 can corn
    1/2 lb. no-fat sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Cook turkey in oil in skillet, then drain off grease.
    Place all ingredients in casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
