Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. raw rice
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours, or until done.
    Baste with sauce and turn balls while cooking.
