Orange Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. sour cream
grated fresh orange zest
Preparation

Boil and mash potatoes.
While potatoes are boiling, cook onions and butter in covered pan about 25 minutes.
Mash potatoes. Add orange juice, onions and creams.
Beat well.
Top with orange zest.
Place in casserole and heat in oven until hot.
