Shrimp Meuniere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In large skillet crush garlic with salt to a paste.
    Add butter and oil; heat.
    Add shrimp and fry gently, stirring often, for 5 to 10 minutes (until done).
    Remove from heat; add lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
    Serves 3 to 4.
