Cheese Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (about 1/2 lb.) grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. (1 cube) butter
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together with fingers or pastry blender until well blended. Roll into small balls, about the size of marbles (and marbles are quite small, by the way!).
    Place 1-inch or so apart on cookie sheets and bake 5 to 8 minutes in preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 10 to 12 dozen. Tastes like cheese puffs.
