Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, deveined, cooked and chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion
    1 bud garlic, minced
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 c. cheese, grated
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook rice and shrimp.
    Melt butter and add raw vegetables and simmer.
    Add cheese to hot rice and mix until melted.
    Add all ingredients; place in baking dish and cook until bubbly all over or about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
