Chicken For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. ground tarragon
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Skin chicken breasts and dust with flour.
    Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the chicken on all sides.
    Add the remaining ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Remove lid and boil juices down quickly.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 2 servings.
