Porcupine Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast (active or quick rise)
    3 to 3 1/2 c. bread flour
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, rolled oats, yeast, sugar and salt.
    Mix well.
    Heat buttermilk, water and oil until very warm.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Blend at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, gradually add raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and enough flour to make a firm dough.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic (5 to 8 minutes).
