Grandma Mag'S Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
2 c. chicken broth
8 to 9 c. flour
salt
1 chicken, cooked, reserve broth
Preparation
-
In large bowl combine first four ingredients.
Cut up chicken.
Add to broth in large pot.
Roll dumplings thin.
Add to boiling broth. Cook, uncovered, until tender.
Stir often to prevent sticking.
