Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large cream cheese
    1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
    3/4 lb. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well.
    Add oil and carrots and beat.
    Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to mixture and beat well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch or 3 layer cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes for 9 x 13-inch and 30 to 35 minutes for layer cake pans.
