Baked Red Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 strips bacon
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans with liquid
Preparation

Dice bacon and fry until crisp; drain off grease.
Add onion and green pepper and cook until tender.
Stir in tomato sauce; simmer 5
minutes.
Put beans in casserole.
Add sauce.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
